ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: It’s about a 2 hour drive from Murdock to Woodruff, as long as you leave before 3:00pm on Friday. You can arrive at Woodruff as early as 3:00 PM on Friday, Mar 20th. Plan to depart from Woodruff around 9:30 – 11:00 AM on Sunday morning though you can stay as late as 4:00 PM if you want.

MEALS: You’re on your own for dinner Friday and breakfast on Sun. For $10 per person, the Pack will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and we will need volunteers to help prepare, serve, and clean-up after each meal. Also, on Friday night you will have the option to purchase hamburger/hotdog meals for $5 each from a local Boy Scout Troop, payable at the time meals are picked up. Please indicate on the registration form how many Friday dinners and Saturday Pack Meal plans your family will purchase.

MORE INFO: See the files attached below for more details about SFC. Please be sure to read through the file titled "What to expect at Woodruff Family Camping" in order to help with your planning.

HEALTH FORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL ATTENDEES: Per BSA rules, an Annual BSA Health and Medical Record Form, Parts A & B, must be submitted for each person attending (scouts, parents, siblings, etc.). The coordinators of this event require that we have 2 copies so one can be turned in to the camp health officer and one can be kept with the Pack. If you submitted a form for Spooky-ree, then that form is still valid, but we need you to provide a 2nd copy. The form is attached below. Please download the form and populate as much as possible before printing it out. Bring completed forms to the Pack Meeting on Mar 17th (or give to your Den Leader before then if you cannot attend).

YPT: All Adult Leaders should complete Youth Protection Training before attending this trip. Also, it is highly recommended that all parents also complete this training. It is available on-line and can be completed in less than an hour. Go to www.myscouting.org, create a log-in account, and take the course. Once you've completed the course, save or print a copy of your completion certificate and submit it to Greg Foreman.
